2. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, in the case of a pricing or stock error — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund without delay. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and is being processed.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless another currency is shown for your region at checkout, and represent the total price you will pay for your order, inclusive of any applicable import duties and handling charges, unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax or GST/HST, where required by law, is calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to customers across the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery times range between 5 and 25 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our reasonable control. 5. Ownership of Products
Risk of damage to, or loss of, the products passes to you at the time of delivery. Title and ownership of the products will only pass to you once we have received payment in full.
6. Product Warranty
Products sold by StoreVoltix are covered by the implied warranties available to you under the law of your country or province (for example, the implied warranty of merchantability in the US, or equivalent protections under Canadian provincial consumer protection and sale-of-goods legislation). Except where stated otherwise on a specific product listing, we do not offer a separate manufacturer's warranty. Where a manufacturer's warranty is provided with a product, details will be included in the product description.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreVoltix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. For consumers residing in the United States or Canada, local consumer protection laws may apply, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the consumer's place of residence, including compliance with the specific regulations of British Columbia (Canada) regarding consumer arbitration.
